I thought it might be useful to start a list of bugs people have noticed. Please don't add things like "the AI isn't realistic" or matters of opinion. Just plain old bugs that should be patched/modded/fixed. Mods - if this gets good enough, could it be stickied please?
Please use spoilers or be bit vague to avoid giving too much away..
Anyway, on to my list:
1. Holding up your shield doesn't drain the fatigue of novices like it should, unless it's such a slight effect as to be pointless. (Holding a bow drawn does drain fatigue).
2. After completing the gang quest in Anvil I decided to kill Maelona and Gogan (sp.?) the quest givers. Upon returning to Anvil the first person I bumped into was Maelona, who was all chatty, happy and thanking me for my assistance.... something very wrong there!
Post away..

I think it only drains fatigue when you get hit while blocking.

Well this is kind of a bug/exploit and most of you have probably heard it before.
Do not use if you do not want to cheat!
Anyway, Equip your bow and arrow. Aim towards the sky and pull back you bow. Now without letting the arrow go, hit tab to go into your inventory screen.
Click the arrows you have equiped and it will say "You cannot equip this while attacking."
Now scroll down you inventory untill you come to a fairly expensive item, but one you wont have trouble selling (I use strong potion of might.)
Now Shift left click this item to drop it.
Hit tab again.
Your arrow will be let loose, hitting the item you dropped, duplicating it to however many arrows you have equiped.
For example. If you have 200 arrows equiped, it will create 200 of the item your dropped.
Pick them all up off the floor and go sell them, making tens of thousands at a time (and increasing your merchant skill considerabely!)
Confirmed by Ryushi. (Holy crap, I didn't think that would work.)

Fighters guild quest "Mystery at Harluns Watch". Youre supposed to kill all the trolls in the Swampy cave nearby and to find a body as evidence they killed the missing people. However if you have been to that cave before that special body will have "decomposed", leaving you with a quest you cant finish.
So if you get to the cave and the marker just points to an area with a bunch of skeletons and dead zombies and nothing else, open the console and type "player.setstage FGC10Swamp 40" for the "Found body" note. Then just wipe out all the trolls and the wisps and report back to the village.
For XBOX360 users i suggest chamomile tea. You supposedly dont need that quest to advance to highest rank :b

That's true.

Unlimited source of money:
go bribe Dorian (he lives in Imperial City Talos Plaza district) a few tiems, then kill him upstairs, making sure he doesn't leave his bedroom, and take his money. You'll find that it doesn't disappear from his body, and you can take an unlimited amount of money.
Then speak to a guard, pay the 40 gold bounty and you still have as much money as you took minus 40. I took about 90,000 septims, it set me up for ages, still got about 40,000.

I don't know if this is a bug or not. However, if you do the quest for the ayelid statue collector through to his end, giving him the wrong crown, you can take the broken crown off his corpse. At expert level armorer(possibly journeyman, since it's enchanted - didn't check), you can 'repair' it - but it will always stay broken. Invest in a bunch of hammers, click like crazy and you'll be a master armorer in no time.
