Since installing the patch I have lost some attribute modifiers when leveling up. I only have two attributes that are not at their maximum Luck and Wisdom. On my past two levels Wisdom has acted flakily. I first rested and noticed I only had a 2x multiplier for wisdom, I restored from the auto save and got some Destruction training (8 levels) I slept and had a 4x multiplier (I thought this was odd as it should have been 5x). I restored from the auto save again and added 4 more levels to Destruction slept and had 0x for a modifier. I had another attribute that had 5x at this time, which put it at 100. Then next time I leveled up I had a 2x multiplier for Wisdom but I do not believe I had any skill increases that would have caused it. I tried to train it before my last level, and received not multiplier. The three levels all occurred yesterday, I was in the mood to max my attributes out, and I had rebooted between at least on of my sessions so it was not a bug related to my pc memory state. I am not looking for help here, just wanted to post this incase anyone else ran into it.
(I think it was Destruction and Wisdom I am not at my pc to confirm.)

You will only get a x4 multiplier if you get 8-9 slvls for that attribute, you need 10 or more slvls to gain a x5 unless you use a plugin.

Yes I know that. Since (as stated) I already had the 2x (2-3 levels) 8 more levels should have given me 5x (10-11 levels).

You gain a x2 multiplier for 1-5 slvls so it's possible that you only had 1 slvl gained and then got a further 8 for a total of 9 which still leaves you with a x4.
Also once in a while the game refuses to let you get a multiplier if you would have reached excactly 100 with it, this is true for both the unpatched and v 1.1 (using the European version so I haven't gotten 1.2 yet).

Possibly I ended up with 9, but I did try a third time adding 4 more levels (13-15 total) and then had no modifier. This is only with the most recent patch 1.2. I never had any problems with 1.1.
