My book, that is. I'm very happy--especially considering all the ickiness just before. And yesterday, (
http://www.ew.com/ew/article/review/book/0,6115,1540528_5|118765||0_0_,00.html) this came out. I feel like I'm living at the circus--I never know what will happen next.
Today I got revision requests for the next book, and had to run downtown to meet a historian and do some research. Got home and the cat peed on the floor.
I guess he's just not impressed. I expect he'll hack up a hairball about 3 am, just to stay in form. Gotta love cats: they keep one humble... and elbows-deep in scrub water. (I love you, too, kitty-face... no, don't show me that....)
I miss Fluke. He'd have stuck a giant pin in my ego, about now.

Fuckin' A, bubba! So who do you see as Harper, and is there a role for Bruce Campbell in there? :sly:
In all seriousness, congratulations.

But when I go to your profile there's nothing there. You're a nobody! Invisible! Insignificant!*
*This should not be construed as an attempt to fill Fluke's shoes, only as a pre-emptive countermeasure against Blue's legendary ego.
This is cool! I'm so proud of you!

I'll trade you my mom's shih tzu for your cat. Or better yet, one of your ferrets!
So yeah I'm all jealous now - some of us have yet to ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING WITH OUR LIVES:(

Really Strangeblue congrats! There's few jobs better than being a writer, and having people enjoy it too!
