By the way, I sometimes have problems changing the values in property windows with a tree structure (like level properties). I can only view but not change any of the fields then. It seems to happen at random and after closing and reopening the window a couple of times it's working again. Am I doing something wrong or is this one of the quirks we'll have to get used to?
I'm having this problem too but I'm yet to have the light settings actually be editable. Every time I open it they're locked.

Are you sure you're going to the VERY bottom of the tree ? There are six levels of "properties" that look identical but only the very bottom one is editable. (Don't ask me what the significance of that is, I don't know)
With all the tree condensed, expand the very bottom properties, then expand ZoneLight, and you should find those values are editable.
