Aside from in training can you break down any weak walls? Gunther does say "look for more walls like this" during training but i have seen none in game.

Under the first NSF hideout you raid in Hell's Kitchen. Go in through the sewer entrance, and you can either turn the little valve and open the underwater route, or blow up the wall and face a hallway of laser sensors and turrets.
Other than that I can't think of anything off hand.

There's also the back of the office building at the ICBM launching silo. You can blast it off from the mirador thanks to the fuel canisters outside, this way you avoid going in and doing the job yourself.
