Braynas Hlervu... where are you???!

I'm doing this quest for the vivec thieves' guild and I'm gonna deliver this thing to a guy named Braynas Hlervu in Auhldrun. Problem is, I can't find the guy anywhere! Please... help me. Where is he supposed to be?

There are some houses south of the Ald'Ruhn temple; he's standing outside his, which is the eastern-most of the four of them.
