Ditto here. By the way, Dark Assassin is close to releasing another John D. upgrade, and in this case it's a three-pack. :D

Don't expect that pace to be maintained... I think (s)he's knocking out the ones that don't need much more than a quick facelift first. We'll see I guess.

Awesome! I liked how each chamber had their own spooky chanting, it made navigation easier. Those big confrontations between people and the undead were also pretty cool.

Forgotten how much fun this was first time round.
Been playing sheepdog. Rounding up all the zombies and herding them towards the thieves. Then some high speed runs while being chased by an army of haunts.:ebil:

I seem to have encountered the issues with triggering the thieves. They don't come into the hallway after I grab the exit key from the dead guy. Sniff sniff. But at least I managed to lure a Mech Bot all the way to the Hammers!

I don't seem to be able to find the passage to the linus estate, I got the keepers, the thieves, mechanists and hammers sorted and all objectives done anybody want to point me in the right direction :cheeky: (<- hopeful smile)
If I understood the story correctly, the mechanists were coming from the Linus estate, where they were working as mercenaries/guards. If that is correct: There are unfrobbable double doors on the upper end of the stairs, which are in the large room behind the mechanists' automated turrets. The estate must be beyond that double doors, then. You can't get there, because the doors cannot be opened, unlocked or destroyed.
The exit you are supposed to use, the one in the Thieves' area, is not really hidden.
A thief is standing guard before the locked door leading to the exit, which is near a lake and not in an estate. The only trouble at this point may be finding the key to the door, since a thief ran away with it.If you haven't found him:
I think it's the one lying dead in a secret passage leading from the chamber with the mechanists' turrets into the mechanist hideout. Look on the side opposite the one where you enter the turret room, behind the stone coffins. There's a secret door on ground level where you can enter the passage.Although Dark Assassin did not change gameplay (at least not as far as I remember), I liked the mission with its new look, the new screen and music in the beginning, and a few new voices.
Thanks to Dark Assassin for applying some "fresh paint" to this mission, and to John D for creating the original version. I liked both of them.
As Napoleon said in
Time Bandits:
Little things hitting each other. THAT'S WHAT I LIKE! I think that quote pretty much sums it up!:ebil: Okay, these "things" don't have to be small, but hitting is absolutely mandatory here!
Too bad that a few groups did not battle each other (some Hammers and Mechanists, for example), and others did not see each other even if they were stepping on the opponent's feet - mechanists and zombies, for example. If you have such a "problem", try throwing a flare at their feet when they're close to each other (and make sure you vanish into the shadows almost instantly, then!), and they might start hitting each other again.:ebil: After all, that's why I came here for, right?:cheeky:

Keeper Alan thinks Lady Nightwalker is a better infiltrator than The Big G, huh?
Sounds like a challenge to me! :sly: ;) :laff:
God I SO HATE Mechanists! When I kill a "servantized" fighter and he/she says, with it's very last breath "Thank You", it makes me want to kill ALL frikin Mechanists! To make a person so tormented that they are grateful that you just killed them, absolute EVIL!
Just out of curiousity, was Ken dead? If so, from what? His note was'nt written as if he was in pain, and it did'nt end abruptly either, and it could'nt have been starvation, was'nt that long!
