Hi all.
I have just found the advantages of using bound weapons and armour, but at the mo I only have:
Helm
Boots
Long Sword
Gauntlets
So that means I still need a shield, pouldrens (spelling??) and chest plate.
If anyone knows where I can buy the above spells from plz let me know!

In Sadrith Mora, in the inn near Wolverine's Hall, upstairs, is a mage who can sell you some Bound spells (shield at least). Also try walking around town and go to one of the houses where a Sorceror lives - he has at least one Bound spell.
Basically, just teleport around the Mage Guilds (I've been to Balmora, Sadrith Mora, Vivec, Ald'Ruhn and Caldera). I've got what you have, plus Axe, Spear, Cuirass, Shield and Dagger.
Still searching for Bound Greaves and Bound Pauldrons though...

The guard/mage in one of the cellars of fort Moonmoth. Go past the champion guy (varro or something like that), to a wooden door that leads to some of the prison cells. There is a mage/guard there and she will sell you bound spells, among other things. ALso the chest in that room is the "Evidence" chest and inside you can find everything that was ever confiscated off of your person if you have ever had a run-in with the law.
