Correct. Borat makes three statements. "I support your war of terror," "May premiere Bush drink from the blood of every man, woman, and child of Iraq," and something along the lines of "Nothing, not even the lizards of Iraq's deserts shall survive."
The crowd heavily cheered the first two statements, and then sort of went "meh" for the third (though cheers can still be heard). No booing what-so-ever until Borat sang.
I also was a bit underwhelmed by the movie. I certainly laughed a lot, but I do feel that I've seen better material in his TV skits.

I understand that Borat is simply satire, and isn't actually meant to be offensive to anyone, but the part that really pissed me off there was that it seems like it's ok for people to say awful things about an entire race, as if they ARE the entire race on their own.
