Anyway, the blue glow doesn't refer to any specific aug and, as said, is supposed to simply show damage resistance/immunity. No NPC as far as I have ever seen has made use of regen (or health replenishment of any capability), which I varify with compulsive use of the targeting aug. I make it a point to beat things into a inch of their life and have free reign while the run away in fear (look, I had to free tiffany in my zero ko/kill game somehow, and I had no qualms with just striking the fear of god into everyone around). Yeah.

No. I got it at one point, tried it out, saw it was useless, and dumped it. It might still be in the clinic.
Not to mention I was out of slots to stick it in.
