Bloodmoon - Secret Treasure?

Hi all.

Been a while since I was last here. :)

I have done a search for info on my question but came up with nothing. So, here goes:

I have completed the main Bloodmoon missions. I killed the Hunter in guile aspect. :) His weapon was crap though :( Mind you, I am level 60 odd with a load of cool stuff so hiw weapon aint gonna seem too good.

I am wondering around now, and a lot of people mention a hidden treasure, somewhere on the island.

I cant seem to find any more information though.

Does anyone know what the treasure is, and where it can be found?

Yes, I was, and thank you. I had already found it and not realised. lol :)

But, I have seen a lot of what are called 'Stalhrim' in barrows around the island. Yet I click them and it says something like "You do not have the tools to use that".

What tools do I need? And what is Stalhrim?

Have you done the Raven's Rock quests yet? If so, you've already met the guy you need.

No I have not done the RR missions.

I completed the main quest before doing those, and now I am supposed to take ebony to Carnius (Spelt Carius in right hand chat dialogue box) at fort Frostmoth, but he is not there because he was killed in the maze of werewolves. :(

Oh well, I will probably head back over the pond to see what cool enchantments I can make :) And I am going to try and taunt King Helseth into attacking me :)

I think you've misunderstood this part-(Captain) Carius and Carnius Magius are in fact two different people. They shouldn't have named them so similarly, it's confusing-but Carnius is in his office on the second floor of the Imperial Cult shrine at Fort Frostmoth. He's well dressed, unshaven, and has a rather unpleasant attitude. He and Falco Galenus are the ones you need to liase with for the Raven Rock quests. As far as I know, Carius' only function in the game is to be kidnapped, and either rescued or slaughtered.
