I've been done with the main quest for some time and am now trying to get to the top level of each of the guilds/houses/teams I've joined. The Blades is the one I'm working on now, but, Calus Cosades left town, Rithleen, Nine-toes, & Elone don't have a talk menu for any other quest. Question: How do I advance further in the Blades ? I'm an Operative in the Blades without a clue where to go.

You can't without using a plugin or console command, it simply isn't possible to get a higher rank in Blades otherwise as there are no more quests for that faction (same thing with Ashlanders).
