In Serpent Isle you start off with a blackrock serpent, on Lord Britishes note it says you obtained it in your last adventure (UW2). I've never found it however, and I've been wondering if it even existed. I saw in a FAQ somewhere how to get it, but I can't remeber what it said (or where the FAQ is).
Can anybody help me?

Right - don't take this as absolutely correct, but I believe you get it from the un-named goblin in the third level of the castle. You have to learn tracking from him at some point and then at some later point in the game (12 hours game time?) you will be given the statue when you talk to him again.
Hope this helps!

I never tried that. What's the statue good for in UW2?

Nothing. It's only there for continuity with Serpent Isle.

Thank you a whole bunch!
I sort of remember that that was what I read somewhere on the vast internet, but when I went and chatted to those greenskined fellows I found nothing new to do. I shall go home and try again.
Oh, and do you have to be up to at least a certain part of the game? I shouldn't have a problem, as I'm cruising around the Void at the moment (trippy).
Thank you! <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
