I managed to load the game, and after that its just a black screen and the CPU usage (according to task manager) is always 90-99 percent. I have a 7600GT, and Im using nearly the newest drivers and DX9. I added safe_texture_manager into my cam.cfg, before it would just crash and give me a texture manager error message, but now it loads and stays on a black screen.

Are you running in compability mode?

Yes, in W95 mode.

Try to run the game without compability mode and see if the problem goes away.
