IIRC that (Manhunt 2) is the only video game that was ever banned in Ireland - which is a long step from the old days when films like The Life of Brian were banned here.
I think the Steam sale is called the Exploration Sale because there are so many things on sale and so few shown on the front page.

I was gonna buy Mad Max and Batman:AK for PS4 on Amazon for 30 bucks each, but then it added about €40 of shipping and import fees on top. So fuck that. Hope the PS Store has some good deals.
Went to Steam and spent €9 on Her Story, Rollers of the Realm and Papo & Yo instead.

Rollers of the Realm
It may not be GotY material, but it is a very fun spin on the pinball genre. It's far from perfect and the balance between the various balls was definitely off, the story isn't anything new and certain mechanics were more frustrating to me than challenging. The game play is still good enough that I do recommend it if you want a pinball game that is something more than just pinball.

Because the original ESRB rating for the uncut game was AO and the PC version is fully uncut. Steam won't sell AO rated games, hence why all of those Japanese adult visual novels are sold in their cut forms on Steam.

PS Store's Black Friday deals are up. Witcher 3 is €35, and Killzone: Shadowfall is €14. Will perhaps pick one of those up. DA:I is €20, but I think I'll give that one a miss, as I have with the entire series.

Yeah I played a bit of it last night. It's pretty fun, and the narrative starts off quite strong.

Might have originally been true, but they do sell Hatred so it must have changed at some point.

Having said that, er... how's Endless Legend?
It wasn't too bad, but I hardly gave it a fair shake. One thing which I really didn't like was the combat. When you attack an enemy hex, the combat area expands and your attacking units all spread out (it's a neat way of instancing battles without going to a different screen), but you don't get full control over your units - you're only able to give general commands, and you can't choose which units to move first because there's an arbitrary turn order, so there's no way to soften the enemy up with ranged units before sending in melee.
I found that really disappointing. Besides the combat, there are a lot of people out there happy about how it sets itself apart from Civ, but I'm not the one to ask about that. The presentation is completely gorgeous, though.

I bounced off of it twice, but it's nice enough to play that I'm considering going back in for a proper go when I find myself in the right mood.
