Natural selection only affects phenomena that do not spread other than through genetic inheritance, other heritable factors, or certain social mechanisms. If bicycle-fucking tendencies aren't dependent on such factors, natural selection won't work on them.

Bicycles have parts names with sexual connotations, so it is easy to see why an idiot might want to boink his bike:

Seat tube
Head tube
Inner tube
Rim

Valve cap
Top tube
Of course they all seem kind of gay.

I'm pretty sure attraction to a bicycle is hereditary, as I can think of no means by which someone would be influenced to the act by outside forces.
