That's your problem right there. The game wasn't designed to support that graphics chip. And since you have a Mobility part, that means you have a laptop and can't upgrade the chip.
The only way you'll be able to play the game (short of using a different computer with a more recent graphics card), is to use the Shader Model 2.0 "fix".

Of course, using this fix means the graphics will not appear completely as intended. The quality will not be as good.
