Well, I'm my 1st playthrough in Bioshock 1 and hopefully will finish this week so i can try Bioshock 2.
But I reached some of the later levels and wanted to backtrack to a prior level.
When i did that through a batisphere, when I reached the previous level, it did in a way taht I had to do the level from scratch.
All the little sisters collecting adam with their big daddies, all radio messages playing again as if I didn't heard them before, the maps all gray as if it was unvisited, all machines not hacked, and my character retained all improvements/upgrades previously achieved.
Is this a glitch or is this supposed to happen? do I have to replay that level, even though I played it through before and got almost everything? Do I have to rescue all little sisters again?
To be more clear, here's the situation spoiler tagged:
I just killed sander cohen in his appartment in olimpus heights. i got a key that is supposed to be used in fort frolick, two levels ago. When I backtrack to that level, Sander cohen is still alive, closes the batysphere, and asks me to do everything again, to complete his masterpiece. Checking the little sisters on that level, they are all protected by a Big daddy, even though I rescued all of them when I played that level. I can just go to cohen's "muse" and get it's contents. but the batysphere is closed. Do I have to replay all the level to get back to , and do I have to rescue the Little sisters again?
If this is a glitch, is there a way to fixit?
one note: I didn't notice it before because I didn't want to back track at all until I reached that situation posted inside the spoiler tags. I don't want to restar a new game. but I'd like to go back and take some other upgrades, etc...
Thanks in advance.
