Is there any way I could bind keys or get even mouselook for TN because it's very hard playing after Q3 and HL.

None that I'm aware of. Mouselook would be far far less likely than rebinding keys, but even the latter would involve hacking the binary, and knowing exactly what to change and where, and no one has even done this to the best of my knowledge.
It's a pain, I know, but I hope you manage to get used to it and enjoy playing the game!

I'll poke around for the keybindings, but don't bet money on it....it's likely much more complicated than fixing the movies.
On the subject of mouselook: not going to happen, but the keylook settings are very sane and you should get used to them quickly. LGS seemed to be able to read their gamer's minds when it came to keybinds, which is good since you can't change them...
On the other hand, they may just seems sane to me because I started TN shortly after starting System Shock, which has very similar controls.
