What does the spell Telekenesis do, and what can u do with it?
Also what does Soul Trap do? I know u trap there souls in the gem things but then what do u do?

Telekinesis allows you to move objects from a distance without actually touching them, I haven't tried it myself but I imagine it would come in handy for thieves.
You can use trapped souls to create enchanted items, the idea being that you "bind" the soul into an item to give it magical powers. You can do this yourself, or pay someone to do it for you.
This info should be in the manual, I think :)

Well, a practical use for Telekinesis could be to "touch" a door that is traped. The destructive spell could be avoided this way.

Telekinesis is the best way to steal objects if your stealth sucks and you are a half decent mage or alchemist.
Use it and stealth ina corner, then grab a load of plates next to someone. Worked quite well for me...shame you cannot use it to pick pockets
