I stole the ( I think) recipe for dispel magic from Anis Seloth in Sadrith Mora, before Big Helende gave me the quest to steal it from her. I must have sold it or something. Does anyone know where I can find another one?

Find who you sold it to or use the editor to put it somwhere.

You can go into the console and type this:
player->additem "bk_dispelrecipe_tgca" 1
