how do i activate that keyhole pillar ion the ultimate heist quest??

At the opposite end of the room, you'll see a place closed off by two gates with a place to stand. I did some fancy jumping, managed to land on the corner of the ledge, and then jumped up to the center. From there, you need to pull out a bow, equip the arrow, and shoot it directly into the keyhole.

Also if you are standing between the closed off pillar and the statue, facing the statue, on your right is a passage that leads to another area. Follow that until you reach a Skeletal guardian. Kill him, then push the glowing blue button behind him. Head back up and the doors and walls will have disappeared. 2-3 zombies appear as well, but they are quickly disposed of. Jump on the switch. Statue turns. Practice wih a few arrows until you hear a distinct sound that you made the keyhole. switch to Key arrow, and shoot again. no problem.
