I have a laptop quad core 4gig ram with hd card. I have played Skyrim for years without any issues. Suddenly it has started to slow down after going through a few loading areas. Loading areas would be entering cities, caves, etc. It gets progressively worse to the point of being unplayable. I can exit the game to desktop and then reload the game and restore the save and all is well for a while and then it starts again. Now fallout 3 is doing the same thing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled skyrim and its still happening. Its not a heat problem or a graphics card issue as I run games with higher requirements with no issues. The only thing that has changed is that I have the unofficial patches installed and this started with my first play through with them. I don't see how that could be the issue but maybe someone here knows? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :confused:
