sorry if this has been asked before, please bare with me.
where/ who is the best trader in the game, as in the one with the most money.
so far the best one I have found is this fletcher person, 8000 gold for trade.
any better? but not any cheating ways or sometin.
Also, (I saved b4 I did it :) ) .. I killed vicec(just for fun, went into the temple thing, saw some him, then thought , meh) then it does that restore game blah blah live a doomed thingy, say I continued the game, would there be any point, is the game actually over?

IMHO, creeper is the best, 5K gold, and easy to get to, and buys for full price+

yes 1000g for mudcrab was a typo...
and i like creeper for the fact that he will buy scrolls and enchanted clothing...
for sake of convenience, creeper and mudcrab share a residence :)

There are two merchants in the game with much more gold than average, which helps when you have expensive items you want to sell, but you can't find them in shops like normal merchants. Rather than waffling on trying to give you directions which will probably get you hopelessly lost, I'll point you to this page:

It's very helpful with lots of Morrowind FAQ's. If you just scroll down the page a bit you'll find the directions to Creeper and the Talking Mudcrab Merchant in the NPC's and Creatures section.
