i dont think that shrine will give me a quest for some reason. why? its not the first one either and its not my level i dont think.

So who do i cast the reanimation staff on?

I've tried using it on corpses, but to no avail. Doesn't seem to summon anything or work on life, either.

Humanoid corpses is what I've tried it on. I don't see any reason it wouldn't work on any others though.
