Another two suggestions:
Walking on sunshine - Katrina and the Waves
Echo beach - Martha and the Muffins
I have several CD's dedicated to 1HW. In the notes of one it mentions that Midge Ure is a 1HW three times over:
Vienna - Ultravox
Do they know it's Christmas? - Band Aid
If I was - Midge Ure
Make that four times. He also co-wrote Fade To Gray for Visage.

What other hits did Heart have? I cant recall any.
Surely you've heard "Crazy on You"? It's a staple of classic rock stations.

And of course there's always the TWO US number 1 hits they had: "Alone" and "These Dreams".
Call me a pedant, but I'm going to stick my neck out and say that a band that has topped the Billboard Hot 100 twice, and hit the top 20 on eleven other occasions, can't possibly be described as a one hit wonder.
Oh, and geography is no defence either: Heart had an Australian #1 with "All I Wanna Do Is Make Love to You".

Someone mentioned "New Girl Now" by Honeymoon Suite. My cover band still plays this song pretty often. The guitar player had a hard time convincing the rest of us that it was a winner because exudes so much cheese. But once we played it live, holy shit - people sing along to the chorus and it always gets people on the floor. I don't think I was even aware of it until he brought it in.

To emphasize the point, their recent retrospective was titled
Greatest Hit (and 21 Other Pretty Cool Songs). :thumb:
And yes, Eva - I and all other prog fans have neck beards, beer bellies, and lots of tattoos.

These guys are one of those Canadian rock bands that have showed up to every local festival and party around here in southern Ontario for maybe the last 20 years or so, but their actual output and fame is pretty mediocre.
Oh, and fett if you are a true prog-rock fan, then tell me you recognize Argent as being quality. Some people might consider them as a one-hit wonder, with "Hold Your Head Up" but I personally (and many others) celebrate them as being so much more than that.

Yessssssssssssssssss. For some reason, this song can handily embody every one-hit-emotion-triggering-wonder during my high school years.
Always meant to pick up their album at some point, just for kicks.
