Not exactly a "guard" quote, but rather Garrett himself. Somewhere in TDP, (Lost City?) underground near the lava area, coming upon abandoned buildings, out of nowhere, he says:
"Creepy..."
Why, after all the uber creepy stuff that Garrett has encountered, he finds this worthy of an utterance - I don't know. But for that reason, it stuck for me!

I think I remember what the occasion is. I believe you happen upon a rather bizarre statue, a robed figure with a squid head. Creeped me out so much I figured it would be part of the plot later on... Guess not.
How about: "If I see a bad guy...I'll point my sword at him...and saaaaayyyy...'HEY! BAD GUY! YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE! GO HOME OR I'LL STICK YOU WITH MY SWORD...UNTIL YOU LEAVE!' Ha, haha, ha..."
