Aye that was absolute class.

Don't really have a favorite scene but everything about Festen is incredibly well done, it's good acting because it doesn't look like they are acting, almost makes you feel like a voyeur.

I'll give one, and one only, since it's so powerful when you see it.

The Sand Pebbles. Steve McQueen is so repulsed by the Chinese torturing one of the natives that had been working on his boat (Mako), in full view of the crew, that he disobeys direct orders, takes up a rifle and shoots Mako to put him out of his torment.

Amazingly powerful, and so much of the emotion is conveyed wordlessly. It's a shame I can't find this on youtube, as it's just a great great scene.

While this may not carry the prestige of some of the other entries here, I very much enjoyed Raul Julia and his portrayal of M. Bison in the much maligned Streetfighter movie. Maybe I just have warm memories from being a kid but I've never seen someone put so much into portraying a generic fighting game villain.

Besides, who can forget this immortal quote?
