This is basically "link to your favourite x" thread which means people are posting a lot of links but clicking little if any at all because they quite simply don't give a fuck about other people's tastes; that's how these threads always work. So why bother?

I agree with Koki's reasoning above.These threads depress me (not less because there's 3 of them created in a short space of each other) as they illustrate how little actual chat is going on that I'm keen in engaging in, but hey, that's just my view (not intended as a "woe is me ttlg is dying" epitaph). Some of us actually do go through and listen to it though. It's perhaps not engaging enough to warrant fifty replies with a comment for every comment, but it's still entertaining.

Yeah but it's kind of fun to try this- open up several of them and adjust the volume and make your own remix or mashup or something.

I guess I see your point, but it's not true that no one listens to the songs posted. In this thread there are multiple replies of people commenting on other people's songs. I listened to most of the song in this thread.
Anyway, I did like the song you posted (you must be overjoyed :p), if you like Michael Nyman's music, I suggest you check out his soundtrack to Gattaca, IMO it's excellent.
