Saw (
http://www.wearethestrange.com) this url off a friend's MSN nick the other night and found it amusing to check out, and seeing how no one's made, apparently, a thread about it, felt like sharing. Seems it's the page about some guy and crew's project of an indie stop-animation movie. I followed the (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qCSahatkbk) YouTube link he provides on the webpage for the film's trailer, and...well, dayum...watch it.
It may seem a bit pretentious (or he's probably taking a jab at trying to sound pretentious for the fun of it) what he says, but, sheet, I'd love to see this sometime soon in theaters or get it on a DVD if it's good.

Do you have stairs in your house?

Totally random, but with an interesting style to it. I'll be sure to watch it.
(Oh, and why isn't it in the "greatest animations ever" thread?)
It's too bad that there isn't a direct download link, because YouTube's compression really damages the image quality with the blockiness and all.

NP - maybe it seems random now, but will probably make more sense once we see the full shebang :D. And I didn't know the "Greatest Animations" thread was the thread to put in all animated-related material :). Even so, I think this baby deserves a thread of its own.
Now...DANCE!!!
:)

I saw the trailer a few weeks ago, and it's looking more and more 'eh' with each look over. It's awesome that the guy spent three years doing what he wanted to do, and is getting it released, but I'm expecting it'll end up like Casshern, fascinating trailer, god-awful movie.

By sinistar do you mean the game, or am I missing something entirely?
