Shayde, considering that you have to ask what products your customers would most like to buy you need to either:
1. devise a better way of understanding your customer, on a regular basis, as it's going to be critical to your success.
Or
2. change the business plan a bit, such as customers themselves deciding what they want to buy, by making it a marketplace sort of thing or other stuff.
