Hello.
Thank you all for coming to my thread this afternoon. Try the canapees, I made them myself.
Ok I need the nerdy expertise of TTLGers.
Not judging.
Love the nerds.
Am a nerd.
Good?
My husband is starting a new online store called 3wishes. (don't look, it's not up just yet)
Basically this will be a one stop shop for all things nerd. Think Amazon but with a more specific target market and (obviously) for the South African market.
It can often be difficult to get your hands on key nerd items/ collectables / whatever over here and buying in dollars or pounds intimidates a lot of people. 3 wishes will give you access to anything your geeky little heart could desire, you would pay in Rands and it would be delivered to you. What self respecting nerd wouldn't love such an example of technology induced laziness?
Now we have a basic idea of stock we would need: games, comics, collectibles, magic the gathering cards etc but we want to make sure we have covered every base in terms of customer requirements. And having an item listed already is way easier than the "don't see it here? Contact us and we will order it for you" option. Also more likely to encourage the impulse buy.
So let's hear it.
What things would you be interested in buying from this site?
Time to let all your deepest, darkest nerd desires out.

I'm really into porn at the moment, so I wouldnt mind some kind of nerdy porn thing.
Seriously, I would love to be able to get old board and war games that are out of print, that is my nerd dream, but I imagine that would be a very niche market.(stuff like Avalon Hill games, Talisman etc)

Bunch of cock-knockers! :laff:
Thanks PigLick
This is the kind of specific detail I need. Anime is too broad a suggestion, it's the niche market stuff that we need from you guys. And don't say hentai!

Used 8-bit Microcomputers?

Special/limited editions of games can be hard to track down, so I think that'd be a good thing to look into.

Ercles' suggestion seconded. Geek culture clothing too.
