Turns out so far, the preorders for Battlefield V are weak, according to EA (Almost surprised they'd admit that). Me, I think it's a combination of the Battlefront II fallout, the terrible marketing, and also that it's sandwiched in between Call of Duty Black Ops 4 and Red Dead Redemption 2. But of course some are going "TAKE THAT EA THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN U GO SJW AND PUT WIMIN IN MY REALISTIC WAR GAME MAGA!!!", because you know, Battlefield is known for it's adherence to realism.
I can say this that as someone who has been accused of being "SJW", they could have made the game all about lesbian Mexican women fighting Nazis and I still wouldn't want to give any pre-order money to EA. I mean really, at this point unless you don't follow any gaming news for the past several years there is no rational reason to ever pre-order a game by them, even if it turns out good. I mean this game looks really promising, but so did Battlefront II and look how that turned out.
Also Call of Duty WW2 had women in it and it didn't seem to hurt it's sales. No, this is just because people are still pissed at EA right now. I know I still am after that Command & Conquer Rivals reveal.

Hey, don't make threads just to complain about publishers. That's EvaUnit02's job!
