OK, I istalled TA and the patch, I get the letter, go talk to basso and when I go to buy, he has nothing but lockpicks??? wheres all the special gear?? am I missing something?:mad:

you might need to be of a certain level for him to have his full inventory?
Also, did you make sure to open the game with OBSE?

I've had that prob as well, just go upstairs to where that weird candle thingy is and activate it to reconfig the mod settings - it should work then and all his IV should pop up
