Banners and Pop-Ups and History..... Oh My!

I'd appreciate continued feedback from folks who have been/are experiencing troubles/irritating issues with the pop-up ads and/or the effect on your browser's history/back button etc.

I definitely want to try and resolve the weirdness, and am working on doing so... However, since I do not personally experience the problems that have been reported, nor can I re-create them on my own machine, I am in effect "flying blind" as I attempt possible solutions.

I can only rely on feedback/input from others as to whether or not any changes have been helpful. So, please speak up! Either by posting here, [email]emailing me[/email], or contacting me via ICQ (#16852102) to let me know what, if any changes you are experiencing. :)

Sorry, MsLedd, I'm mostly offline these days (new computer). Currently the banners are still in the history list, but the clicking is reduced to two request boxes per page.

It's four clicks per page again. And none of the pages finish loading completely, because one of the banner server seems not to respond in time. I guess I'll have to reinstall the webwasher.

It seems to need many clicks of my back button to get out of a forum and back onto the main page. Within forums it's fine but when I try to back out of one I find it much easier to use the link at the top right of the page rather than back up.
