Hello everybody.
I am replaying this awesome game (xbox version) and I have gain access to the bank without forging a key. I have built a thief character and I have stolen all the keys from Gary when he was at his house (just after my first visit to Akbaa's temple) I put all the keys in my keyring and then I went to bank office and push the button to open the secret passage. Then I open the closed bank's door, went through the secret passage and I used the keyring to open the treasure door! It's this a game glitch? Have I stolen a key from other NPC for that door?

No need to make a key to rob the bank. Gary the bank owner has the key to everything. Just:
1) Make shure gary is in his house.
2) Go into Alicia's house, if her door is locked pick pocket the key from her. Pull the Lever in her house, it on other side of book shelf.
3) Run fast into Gary's house into his bedroom room and jump down the hole there. Go down hallway up ladder at end into secret area in Alicia's house. Hit lever, and leave and go right back into gary's house.
4) Gary should attack you when he sees you now calling you a theif or whatnot. Might want to close his door to his house so no passing guards see you kill him in there. Then loot all his stuff and keys. (Dont forget that book on sales for the "Help the trolls to get independent" quest)
5) Bank has 2 doors to it. The main door and another metal door to the right around the corner. Go Inviso so guards dont attack you and go into the right door, close it behind you. You will find a Secret Button you need to push in the wall in here above the desk (and to the right facing the desk) to open secret passage to the fenced off area in bank. Cant get to there from here so head out with inviso again.
6) Go into main door of bank with inviso on, close door behind you again. Go into the now open passage on your left follow it around you come to a big key hole. Use your keys on it, should hear a Buzzz and then it opens- or just push it again should open up and give you 5000 XPs. (Had this happen both ways to me, just use your keyring on lock first and push the button lock thing it will open)
7) Cast disable trap and loot up
So I guess it's no glitch, Gary is the one with the key.

But I was able to steal the keys at Gary's place without killing him. I didn't follow the steps 2, 3 and 4. I had 50+ stealth at the time Gary was at home (It's not possible to reach him when he is at the bank) So the real question is ¿When are the Arx's sellers (Gary the banker, Miguel the blacksmith and Tafiok the gem dealer) at their homes and when are they at their business?

I don't know, probably you can pickpocket the key of him (how did you enter his house, was it unlocked, did you pickpocket the key of him before or did you picklock the door?), not just kill him and then take it, I'll try that on my next stealthy playthrough.
About the business hours of the merchants, I'm sure that there is some kind of time progress (day and night time) but I've never been able to find out how to show it or where to see it displayed. I do know that the gems merchant (and Gary ofcourse) sometimes goes to his house (then you can rob his shop).
Maybe someone else on this board can shear some light on this matter. I haven't played the game in a while so I don't remember all these little things.

When I found Gary at home, the door of his house was unlocked. About the business hours I think that is not a question of time. I think it's all about plot situations. I found Gary at home after the first try on destroying the meteor, and after talking about this with King Lunshire and begining the Krahoz and Zohark quest he was again at the bank... But it's only a supposition, I don't really know why are they at work or in their houses.

You are right about business hours, they are plot dependent.
About the key for the bank treasury, do you remember how much Stealth did you have when you stole those keys from Gary? I have 83 in Stealth and I can only steal 3 keys (probably the keys for his house, office and bank) while the one that opens the treasury still has that little ? mark on it (I know that's the one that opens the treasury because I tried killing him and then unlocking the treasury with that "Key for the Bank" key).
I'll try stealing that key again when I have some more Stealth.
Also I don't know if the XBOX version has any patches (guess not), I'm playing with 1.17 patch, maybe that happens only in unpatched game.
EDIT: I've tried it again, this time with 108 in Stealth, and I still can't steal that key of Gary. I guess the only way to rob that treasury in a patched game is to either kill him or forge a key.

I had around 50 stealth points at that moment. But, you say that you can't steal the items with the interrogation mark... In the XBOX version you can steal everything, even the items with the interrogation mark! I already knew that in the PC version you can be discovered while stealing, while at the XBOX version stealing is like opening a chest. The people on Arkane Studios must think that all video game console users are little children...
