So Harry Belafonte died. Well known for a few songs most people would recognize, he was much deeper than that. RIP.

Damn what a voice! Of course I know Banana Boat as well but I'm not all that familiar with the rest of his output. What else should I listen to by him?

I knew him from before but I dare say most recall his music from Beetlejuice.

I never noticed before but Winona seems so stiff dancing to this. Maybe because I was always up dancing to it at the time.

Yeh the above song Tocky posted and 'Jamaica Farewell' are probably his best known tunes, apart from Banana Boat of course.

Beetlejuice is pretty much all I know of Belafonte, but man, his songs made that film.
