Bamz-Amschend how to get through to Passage of Walker

OK, I'm a bit stuck! I' ve got to Bamz-Amschned ( the Dwemer ruin beneath Mournhold) I have to activate a waether machine to start an ash storm.

I've come to a passage which is blocked by collapsed rocks, therfore I can't get through to the passage of walker.

How do I get past those rocks, or is there another way to the passage of walker?:confused:
