In the balmorra morag tong, there is a door, lock level 80. I snuck up, picked the lock and was faced with another lock, level 100. The lock is too a jail cell, i got some secret master lockpicks, and opened the lock. Inside the door is a guy lying dead, who has an amulet, worth, i think maybe 400. The amulet has a special name, really screwed up. What do i do with this thing? any special quest or anything? im a new player, around lvl 24, just got the game, and i have no idea what to do. Anyone know what im talking about?

Question two. Ive got 140k or so, how do i get that 100% chamelion spell, it would be VERY usefull. Heres one thing i learned, you can steal a full set of glass armor from the gfighters guild in ald ruhn. Hard, and you get kicked out, but if it is your first time out, you can get in for free.

Re: the guy in the cell, good question; looks to me like a layover from a quest that got cut out of the game. I looked for any mention of him in the entire editor and couldn't find anything other than his existence. Same for his amulet; I'd just sell it, were I you... it's even crap for enchanting purposes.

As to making a 100% chameleon, nope, howie did it legally; I'm the cheating bugger that made one w/ the editor. To do it legally, get a soul gem with a powerful soul (Golden Saints or Ascended Sleepers are all that'll work I hear... oh, and Vivec) and visit an enchanter. Make sure you have the lower-left corner of the enchanting window set to 'constant effect', and remember, the better the item the more charge it can hold. howie didn't say what he'd put it on, but I'd be surprised if it was anything less than an 'exquisite' piece of clothing or very good armor.
