Just wondered if there is a key to the chest in front of the statue in Bal Fell Inner Shrine....
If not, can I get a locksplitter scroll somewhere near Bal Fell? :weird:

If it's the one at the foot of Sheogorath's statue, w/ a soul gem and gold on it, then nope, no key. (hey, better late than never, no?)
