Theres some boots in bal fell named Ten pace Boots, when u wear them, your char's feet disappear in the armor screen.

Yeah. This is because they messed up with the texture file whatsit. You can get a user-made patch over at the Morrowind Summit.

I'm not sure if they ever fixed it in a patch. I have the boots, but I don't bother with using them anymore.
