I was here so... long ago. 2006, I think; maybe 2007. I did play SS2 once in the meanwhile (I couldn't resist! :p); I did come to the TTLG forums now and then and did some little work for the Citadel Conversion Project; but I wasn't involved with the System Shock community for years. Now I'm (probably) back - interested again in the aging Dark Engine and all the excellent games done for it.
So, what's new in our little community? Were any new mods or FMs released after 2007?
And are people still playing SS2 FMs and still interested in them? :)
Heh... It has been a while. I got SS1 when I was 15 years old, SS2 when I was 17... Now I'm 28 years old... It has been a while. I still have to come to grips with the idea that SS2 is MORE THAN A DECADE OLD...

I think the last time I played was when we went through Co-Op in 2005. That was great fun. How are you old friend?

WOW It looks very interesting; he seems to have put A LOT of work into it. I'll probably try it the next time I'll play SS2... Seems to do for SS2 what the "Oblivion Lost" mod has done for S.T.A.L.K.E.R...
I also saw the SS1 Mouselook Mod, which I'm going to try as well once I'll get to playing SS1...
By the way, does Sec Mod II work with SHTUP?

It's great to see you :) As for me, I'm fine, studying for a master's degree in Geography and Urban Planning. I still have some time to game, though, especially in the summer. How are you doing?
So, how is our little community doing? Is there still some interest in SS2 FMs as there was a few years ago (when Christine has released her huge FMs)? Will there be a point in working on a small (one file) SS2 FM?

WOW! Some people did really great things for SS2 in these few years I've been (mostly) away! These weapons are far, far better than the amateurish models I did for the Citadel Conversion back in the day...
It really makes me want to play SS1 and SS2 again, then the various FMs, then make my own small (one MIS) FM...
Heh, by the way I'm in the process of inducing my spouse to Thief 2, and probably FMs (starting with T2X) once she'll finish the game.
