From Azura herself? At Azura's Shrine naturally.

On a serious note, you get the Star by following the main quest. Oi! Belgian Wanker You! (yes with capital letters ;)) I dont remember half the crap I did with my 1st char before dumbing him on 50th level..
(And now Medieval: Total War is taking all my gaming time so my new char is a lousy 12th level or something ;))

Aaah, no....the quest for Azura's Star is not part of the main quest, it's an optional side quest, but as Pestilence said, you have to go to her shrine (marked by a huge statue of the lady herself facing out to sea) then go inside and click on the statue. This is how you summon Azura and she will then give you the Star quest.

BTW I still can'tg find the talking mudcrab east of Vivec. I'm starting to wonder if it was because I was dynamite-fishing there not so long ago...
