The BTTF was a perfect example of how you can have beauty in simplicity, noid, and the Lost Arc poster shows how a collision of iconic references can work to showcase the movie, but that Young Guns poster is a crappily drawn gun with some colours coming out of it. There's no comparison between it and the Gremlins or Short Circuit posters IMO.
I agree with you to a point, but some of those are just plain shit.
