No, 3x3 pixels is ok, but they have to be colourless and transparent.

I've only been here 18 months-ish, and in that time I think there must have been at least half a dozen threads asking about avatars. Why not create a sticky in this area? Hopefully that will stop new poeple continually asking... :erg:

The last one was just a few threads down, I don't know if it would help, but it couldn't hurt. A list of things that will not ever be changed, so a few people are deterred from asking about it. :erg:
