I became a Vampire of the Aundi clan, and the old hag of a leader gave me a few missions, then said she would reward me greatly if I could kill a great number of vampires from other clans.
I've rid the follwing places of every living(and formerly living) thing:
Berne Vampires:
-Galom Daeus (main lair)
-Raviro ancestral tomb
-Othrelas ancestral tomb
-Andrethi ancestral tomb
Quarra Vampires:
-Druscashti (main lair)
-Serano Ancestral tomb
-Hleran Ancestral tomb
-Alen Ancestral tomb
Are there any more? She doesn't say anything differant now than she did before.... I'm carrying over 50 pieces of vampire dust, and who knows how many others I forgot to grab. What exactly does "a great number" mean? I'm about exterminate my own clan, then go get cured, but I'd like to know if there really is a reward before I off her.
Thanks for any help.

P.S. What's the deal with Vivec's Ash Mask? Can't grab it, yet it has a wieght and a value... WTF? Not a single other thing in the game like that... that I've noticed anyway.
I've seen people say that it's impossible to take it, and I've heard rumors and what not that the dev's say it IS possible, just very complicated. Anybody know for sure?

Nothing, you said you became an Aundi vamp. What level were you, and do you know if it is even possible to go to the Andrethi tomb, fresh outta Seyda Neen, and get the disease that changes you? Basically, what this all boils down to for me is that in a game like this, where you have so many possibilities and things to do, when I heard about the vamp thing, that is ALL I can think about doing, turning into a vampire, I mean, does one have to fill out the lists himself in Seyda Neen, JUST to be able to get diseased at lev. 1?? If you did what I just described, please give me ALL the info you put down, and maybe it'll work for me.

As to the Ash Mask, there's a trick alright; the one on the low altar is actually a fake. If you properly sacrifice to the shrine in the middle of the same room, and then activate it again, the middle of that shrine will rise up and you'll find the real Ask Mask. Now, you can't take that one either, but activating it gives you a spell or two (Vivec's Touch, IIRC, which is a low-sp version of Rilm's Cure [ie: cure common & blight diseases on touch])
