Tea has a higher concentration of caffeine by WEIGHT.
A properly-brewed cup of coffee can have somewhere around 180mg of caffeine in it, a properly-brewed cup of tea might be lucky to reach 90mg.

I drink tea at night. In the morning I get a small bowl, put some ice cream in it, then some kahlua and a double shot of coffee. I have barista training so I should be good at making coffee...if I didn't forget it all as soon as I finished it.

I use many tools in my cooking. I use my fingers, a wooden spoon, and sometimes, in extreme cases, REAL spoons. Forks are too advanced for me. I don't use those until Chapter 16 (Fork You!: Friend or Foe?) in "Cooking for the Mentally Retarded & Insane."
I thought it was talking about cooking the actual people. Oh well. It's so hard to find good cook books for cannibalism these days. :erg:
