Alright, I suppose I'll have to simply start the game anew, this time with the basketball in my pocket (is that a basketball in your pocket or are you just glad to see me? I'll rip your spine off). Should be fun enough...
But I'll want to finish the Citadel first. Man, was I frustrated being killed repeatedly on the Level 3 by the invisible mutants... I'm glad I could find the latern though, it almost felt like coming back to the civilisation ;)).

On the Maintenance level you find something much more important than the lantern: the all-mighty Laser Rapier. Once one finds it, those Invisio-Mutants aren't so scary anymore...

You are absolutely right :)
Though it's kinda fun to bounce back the purple slime they shoot at you with a pistol ;)

Shades of necro-posts!
I thought I would revisit the scene of my original crime to try to determine if I had actually ever finished the game (I think I did). In doing so, I see that I failed miserably at thanking those who were kind enough to provide the assistance that I requested.
This post is simply so I can, belatedly, thank them.
This topic may now gracefully slide back into Oblivion ... wait, that's a different game!
