For some odd reason my at key (AltGr + 2) has stopped working. Other combinations with AltGr, such as the Euro sign, still work, as do other combinations with 2, but AltGr + 2 results in a big, fat nothing.
Help would be much appreciated. After all, it does happen every now and then that I need to enter an e-mail address!
Note: My computer's got Win7 (64bit) installed and the at sign doesn't seem to work in any programme.

Have you checked that you still have the correct keyboard layout (I'm assuming one of the Swiss layouts by your location)? It should accessible through the Region and Language section of the control panel on the "Keyboards and Languages" tab.
Alternatively, have you tried entering the @ sign using the numeric keypad? Make sure numlock is on, press and hold alt and type 64 on the numeric keyboard before releasing alt. It's obviously not the most convenient solution but might at least allow you to work around the problem while investigating alternatives.

The keyboard layout hasn't changed. In fact, the only thing that's changed is that I've got a new graphics card (GTX 680), and GPU Tweak is running. Weird, really.
Alt+64 works, though, and is an acceptable workaround. Thanks!

Found out what the problem was: GPU Tweak, which came with my GTX 680, reserves Ctrl + Alt + number keys for itself by default. Which is pretty damn stupid, considering that quite a few keyboard setups use Alt Gr + 2 (which corresponds to Ctrl + Alt + 2) for the @ sign. Grumble.
