Assemanu is a cave on a tiny island in the Bitter Coast, several cells West of Vivec and South-East of Seyda Neen. My first ever MW character found it accidentaly while exploring the waters around Seyda Neen. He died an unpleasant death at the hands of an Ash Slave.

BTW, the UESP's (http://www.m0use.net/~uesp/morrow/map/mw_map.shtml) Interactive Vvardenfell Map is great for this kind of thing.
